Your role
- Deliver, integrate, and support BroadForward solutions for global customers.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues — including participation in 24×7 support shifts.
- Work independently while collaborating with colleagues to drive high-quality results.
- Help improve processes and documentation.
Your profile
- 3+ years in field telecom software for core signaling networks.
- Knowledge of core signaling network architectures, IP networking, and telecom protocols (2G, 3G, 4G and/or 5G).
- Hands-on experience with RHEL or RockyLinux, Kubernetes or RedHat OpenShift, network protocols (SS7, Diameter, HTTP and SIP), scripting (Bash, Python, Perl) and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication in English.
- Flexible, proactive, and open to occasional international travel.
